Steering guard

Ive got a defender TD5 been given a rebel steering guard, thought its free lets have a go at fitting it....

When i offer it up it looks nothing like, is there a specific steering guard for the TD5??

Are you sure your offering it up to the right place, think they should all be the same, as hext says put up some pics.

One of these?...... if I remember correctly one long and tight bolt to ease out on the drivers side at the back... the rest is straight forward

Is it a Discovery/Range Rover one??

I know there shouldn't be any difference but I have a defender steering guard (the single tubular bar type) to fit to my Discovery but I will have to drill a new hole through the chassis to fit it as the front chassis is different to the defender one.
