    I rebuilt mine. Did a load of research on google forums etc... got the best parts I could see.. new old stock etc.., and made sure the suffix were all correct .. it’s not as bad as they make out . However mine not been used yet, so it may still blow up

    Just rebuilding my rear tub.. new panels from yrm etc... quick question How far should a rivit stick out once installed? I’m ok with selecting the correct rivit.. ie thickness off material being riveted in then the rivit should be that plus...whatever , for length .. but some of my rivets...

    I got the Richards chassis with removable bolt on gearbox crossmember. For my 78 swb.... Chassis is great quality, Richards excellent to deal with , also offered 0 percent credit which was handy .

    Hit bit of trouble. Bought a new refurb steering box. But it does not have a part cut out the shaft for the steering lock, on my old shaft it get wider and a groove is cut out... also it’s about a couple of cm shorter, so won’t fit the indicator cancel, spring, wheel nut etc. all on!! I think...

    They are a bit less desirable than the one ton wheels . So not as expensive. Think they were fitted on the 130s . I want them so that I can safely fit 235:85/16 goodrich. Still got my standard wheels , but want the fat ones for everyday use.
