Well in case anyone on here needs to have a cam belt service/change, near Lincoln! I’ve had mine done by Lovells Land Rover, and I’m very pleased with the job. Would recommend them to anyone.....

The picture shows the sensor connector just above the horn in front of radiator behind front grill. Very easy access to a switched 12v supply. I’ve highlighted the actual wire with blue tape. Thanks so much to gstuart for his info ....invaluable to me. Will get on an fit my led drls now!!!

Hi gstuart, Will definitely check sensor connector out tomorrow, will be perfect place if it is too. My led drl and fog light kit is a very nice kit from garagefiftynine who advertise on eBay. Only issue I have is this switched 12v source .. Thanks for suggestion will report back .... Cheers

Hi All, My D4 is due for timing belts change as it 7 years old! Can anyone advise someone to do this work near Lincoln? Also seems it might be ok to just change the front belt as my pride and joy has only done 58000 and the damage isn’t as catastrophic should the rear belt break, also I wouldn’t...

Hi again, well fitting the drl kit is proving a test! Can’t seem to find a fuse to piggy back that only powers up when ignition pressed. Also getting a wire through the firewall to passenger fuse block doesn’t look straight forward either.... Any suggestions guys???

Hi, well having asked the question is a heated wheel just plug and play? The answer in my case is YES! Took me all of 30 minutes, and most of that was waiting for battery disconnect, before air bag removal. Red wire on steering wheel connected to rotary coupling, + 2 x original connectors...

Seems the jury’s a little split, I’ll give it a go at the weekend, I’ll just put heated wheel on connect new wheel to clock spring and see.
