got the pinion nut off and oil seal out but the roller bearing is stuck fast, should just fall out. :doh:

thanks for that, haven't looked into it yet. problem we got is the roller taper bearing is well and truly stuck. tried everything to get it out but it won't budge. someone must have really swung on a bar to tighten it up.:mad:

Hi guys, my dad has a 110 and the salisbury diff is duff. Can anyone shed some light on whether or not the 109 and 110 salisbury diffs are the same and therefore a straight swap.

If you run bio diesel you have to mix at least 50/50, there is a reason for this I think it rots the pump seals if you don't.

servicing costs?? Do mine myself. get between 25 and 30 odd mpg and the tax is 180 ish a year at the moment going upto 200ish by 2010 if it's registered before march 2001. there is a topic on tax somewhere already on here while back.

The 5 seaters have coils all round, 7 seaters have air on rear, if it's registered before march 2001 it will be no more than £200 to tax between now and 2010. you can check it for yourself on dvla website, think you gota put the reg no. in and it will tell you.

you can't do a brake test on a rolling road because it's permanent four wheel drive, definately don't do the handbrake when moving cause it works on the the transmision and will wreck it. They should know this at the garage if they got any knowledge.

HI all, had a problem with my fuel pump so changed it along with the fuel pressure regulator and now the bloody thing won't start. I'ts just turning over and not even trying to fire up!! Any suggestions???

apart from the obvious could you tell me where the othe two filters are??? my fuel pump is dead.
