Hi again MOT time early in the new year and prob gunna need welding or new sills on my `94 300tdi 5 door, but was just wondering what best and/or strongest mod i can do to these, heard a lot of stuff about box section steel, if there is owt better than just standard sills, i would consider it...

hi, got wierd problem on my 300tdi, and also same with my wife`s 300tdi, both are the same year,(1994, M-REG), the remote central locking works fine on both with the remote, both alarms work as they should, but neither car now flashes the indicators with the lock or unlock, mine stopped...

Hi All, Havin problems wi my tailgate central locking,sounds like it locks and unlocks as it should with remote, but the knob wont stay up, so to open the door i have to go in through the inside and hold up the peg as i pull the door handle, and from the outside, i just cant open the door full...

right, so i cant even use my existing nuts to get me by for a bit then??

Hi all, Got chance of a set of steels with 235/85/16 insa turbo saharas for a deal with my boost alloys and 70`s, but just a quick question tho, can i use my existing wheelnuts off my alloys to fit the steels??? Also, heard stories of them being unstable at 60 plus mph, is this right...

Hi Guys Rev counter on my 300tdi had developed a problem where the needle keeps bouncing around at steady revs, its doing my head in!!, Any idea`s????? Cheers Craig

Ok been on a long run today, and its been spot on with plenty of power and not too much black smoke:D pulls really good, boosts and holds 20psi under full load and im happy with that! feels pretty quick to be honest with 60/70mph comin up quite quickly;) cheers craig

its a 300tdi, std boost pressure is and was 16psi, std engine will take 1.5bar (21.75psi), apparantly (!?!?)

i run kingpin MT amazons too, and i find them ok on the road, both dry and in the wet, bit noisy if owt, but you get used to it, and i drive quite hard. I do over 80mph in mine quite often and dont worry about them, its only from prolonged hammering over 80 that they might blow or rip some...
