Seem ok but then I dont really hoon around :D I dont think I have taken a corner quick enough to even slightly worry the tyres :D Although i havent tried to stop quick from 70mph yet

used to have insa saharas (same tread pattern) and would say they were better in the wet than my michelin synchrome road tyres. using machos now and neither have a problem doing 70-80 although i seem to go on autopilot at around 60 now ;)

my road tyres are only 205/80 and pretty old though so that could make a difference I suppose.

they will wear a lot faster than the bfg but you can probably get 3 for the price of 1.

i have started thinking that if I am going to be using them off road theyve both got the same chance of a puncture so i go for the cheaper option and use different tyres for day to day :)

i have a set of these on spare rims in the garage, only use them in the winter i.e november till april this will be the third year this year wearing quite well

i run kingpin MT amazons too, and i find them ok on the road, both dry and in the wet, bit noisy if owt, but you get used to it, and i drive quite hard.
I do over 80mph in mine quite often and dont worry about them, its only from prolonged hammering over 80 that they might blow or rip some tread off, cos of heat build up.
Very good off road performance too, good tread pattern and excellent grip, oh and cheeeeeeeeep!
