Hi My m8s freelander keeps going into limp home mode and the engine light comes on dash. Some times it comes on for a short while then goes off for rest of the journey others it comes on well into it but not at all on return. any idea's please. REGARDS LEE

HELLO ALL Can anyone help my TD5 has just started to run hotter than norm @65ish on motorway the temp ill creep up to about 75% of the temp gauge water has gone down in expantion bottle about an 1" if i ease of throtle to say 56 the temp goes back to norm. Has the head gasket gone/on its way...

so is it as easy as that just plug in the switch screw it on what about the button you put in the dash tho?

Evening all has anyone changed the ignition barrel on a td5 disco is it a big job and what do you do with the key ie how do you get it on the old fob. Cheers lee.
