Just a quick update for anyone struggling to find a td5 whistle - whistle was coming from the exhaust to exhaust joint - rust had forced it apart slightly, so had the bolts ground off, cleaned up joint, sealed new nuts and bolts and good as new (old) :-)

Well - fitted the light today! The centre hole was way too small so i had to grind out a new one (which didn't feel right, even though you can't see it) drilled the 2 new screw holes, but now need a connector and wire as the old one was just wired straight to the old fog light! Don't know where...

mine did exactly the same - turned out there was no bracket on the rear door switch so it never depressed. Disconnected it and it sorted it out.

Just sprayed the front air vents and surrounds today - used Autopaint supplied MONOFIL COLOUR MATCH PAINT and INDASA 1 coat laquer. Cheap laquers don't seem to last well! Autopaint also supply paint to the local bodyshop, so colour match is good. It's not factory finish, but you can hardly tell.
