Which TD5 replacement cross member?

Hi, just ordered some replacment grab handles and tried removing the old ones with an impact driver - kinda wish I hadn't! The rear x member has disintegrated into a 5" hole and on inspection the other sides the same and some bits in between - it's rotten, rotten - and it was already welded in a couple of places and filled with something (from the last MOT fail before I got it).
Bugger... i'd just bought some black hammerite to paint it!!!
Anyhow, looks like it will need a new one -i've e-mailed bearmach and britpart for prices and checked;

Also, this one, but doesn't seem to have bthe brackets on top for the bolts???

If any one has any recommendations I'd be really interested - also would it be worth spray hammeriting it and waxoyling inside before fitting - can just imagine the paint flaking off in time?
