Sounds to me like it's ur battery matey.mine shows around 13 or just under with ignition on.and when running for the alternator 14.7 with lights and heaters on.d2 td5. I had a similar problem years ago with my 300 tdi. It turned out the battery had a poor cell eventually it died completely.

Hi ive a similar problem with mine.could be oil contamination.faulty clutch.pressure plate might not be mated to flywheel properly.have u checked to makesure all bolts on bell housing are there and tight.this is all what i was told

Yes mate try jump starting it off another car if that works theres ur answer.or put a volt meter to check the voltage.it should read anywhere between 10-13volts

hi peeps,it might seem a bit of a daft question,can the movement of the door mirror as the whole unit that you fold in to stop people knocking it of be adjusted as mine now moves its self whilst driving,its still stiff to move but it doesnt seem to lock in position any more. thanks richard

no the difflock isnt engaged.once ive taken up the drive there is no issue its just whilst using the clutch,you can also see the front wheels juddering like hell when it does it

the juddering seems to be from the transfer box to the diff but the rear prop doesnt judder its wierd and damn annoying,the strangest thing is it does it worse for the first 10 mile or so then it doesnt seem as bad but its far from as it should be,ive put alot of money in to this car from day...

the 300tdi is in constant 4 wheel drive you dont have an option for it not to be they run 4x4 all the time.but its in the normal box and the difflock is off,its on normal road use.yes its the same garage that did all the work
