I am looking at getting a 2" lift for my disco 5 door, But dont really know what make to get. What are the bearmach kits like compared to Terrafirma? Is it worth spending the extra? Because i have a boat to tow aswell. What would you recommend?

I have googled it and cant find measurements anywhere. And as soon as i have made them i will post some pictures :)

Does anyone have the measurements to make Wheel spacers t for a disco 1? Or does anyone have any lying round they can measure up for me?

5 x 165mm is this the Wheel stud PCD? And is the 70.1mm The diameter of the hub spigot?

What gearbox is better for off roading? The car is a 5dr 1996 300tdi discovery manual and i was wondering whick is better for off roading the manual or an auto?

Hi, Just been wondering about how hood discos are off road, I have a 1995 manual 300tdi 5dr. What are the low box ratios like for off roading and does the locking center diff give it an advantage over the likes of series land rovers? Thanks for the help it's much appreciated :)

I know I might sound a bit neaive but when do you use 1st for off roaring then, I found when I went grew laning even on the rough rocky sections 2nd gear faired better even with a little clutch slip at times?
