I have a series 2 which is jumping out of 2nd and 3rd gear. I have been told that it could be the springs and rods inside or the overdrive. Does anyone have any ideas?? I think its not the actual gearbox as when drained there were no metal filings. This gearbox was fitted just over 2 years...

Hi The self levelling light keeps coming on intermittently on the dashboard (the one with arrows pointing either side)??? Are the airbags on the way out?? Any ideas :(

Hi All, I need to get a new remote fob for my disco 2, as my open button is a bit knackered, have soldered to keep it going but the meain stealers want £140 to re-do, does this have to be done at a main dealers as the cost for the part was only about £30 rest was 'labour' :)

Hey, mine is workng fine now (fingers crossed) re-sync the key fob as described by the wonderful Ratty on my comments. Looks like its sorted the problem!!! THANKS ALL FOR THE INFO!!! :):):)
