Disco fob / locking not working

Hi had a problem with the locking on my disco 2 tonight. Car working fine got out went to lock and wouldn't, locked with key but won't start (assume immobiliser kicked in) tried loads of times to unlock and lock again wouldn't. Ended up towing home and then it decided to work fine!! Any ideas? Could water have leaked through sunroof and done something or could it be the interferance from telephone masts. Any help / input appreciated.

Could be also other radio interferance the D2 system seems to have this problem as did the RR P38 but LR did a recall for them.

Cheers for that, hoping whatever it was its not going to happen again! Haven't owned it that long so not sure on the history of recall. Nothing in all the sevice records or receipts!
