Check under te top inter cooler hose. Mine hada split under it and gave the same symptoms.

I like the vents. On her td5 she has put eyelashes so she would love it

300is anti clock and td5 is clockwise Is that correct ?

i had similar problen and it turned out to be a dry solder joint on the bit on fuel pump .. cant remember name but i think its a potometer not that i can spell it .

they are just standard capless bulbs so you should be able to get them at halfords.

i thought they all had drain plugs????? im sure mine has an 11mm square bolt at bottom of swivel !!

its hard to tell i only really notice in headlights of cars behind but from cold it is dark ?

on a slightly different note .... i have a td5 and when i accelerate hard i get a puff of smoke as i change gear .. should this happen ?????? regards paul

It is but you have to adapt the electrical plugs.Also as you can see there is a seveve shortage of grease in there so I put more in so it did not seize again hopefully

Not a landrover but I have a 60 plate passat with 126k on the clock. I also have a D2 which is nice but my favourite is the 300 tdi it's lovely to drive
