yep its a small bit of plastic on the back of the handle that wares you can get round it by adjusting the operating rod. or it may just need graseing and freeing off. but don't keep just yanking it cos there's a plastic operating bar that can snap

sounds to me like its the lever on top thats fubared. I had that b 4. unbolt complete assembely from top of box and drop it in somee penetrating oil over night. next morning you should be able to start it moving but will be stiff. now strip it clean everything then re grease pop back together...

sounds to me like ya got an air leak somewhere in the fuel system or maybe a dicky connection on the stop selonoid thats waht mine woz

slide under it and jigel ya front prop if the ouput flange moves up and down then ya lucky its just that bearing and you may be able to just tighten up the flange but ya can change that bearing with the box still in the car. it could also be a uj on its way as these some time wine so check...
