Depends. Did you actually force the water down the drain holes or just flood the sunroof? If you just flood it, it will escape wherever it can! If you poured it down the drain hole, it would indicate that the pipe disconnected!

Double edged sword there. IF the drain pipes are disconnected from the sunroof, or broke it will fill the headlining up with all the crap that might be in the pipes. However, the other end is if you blow straight into the headlining from the sunroof drain, it could damage the cardboardy...
