hi people well ive gone and got rid of the rubber donut, pop the pinion out and revealed a bolt 15mm head not a 24mm nut. My problem is the bolt head is starting to round off. i think ive done everything possible to bujj it a little bit of heat putting a jack underneath it etc. no luck...

luckly it went just as i was pulling away no damage was done just a few mild bent pushrods all been replaced everything.

If i bin the fan completly would it not cook in the summer especially sat in traffic?

the kenlowe fan that i have sucks air through i was wondering at first if it could go on the intercooler but thought this may not cool the engine enough

the kenlowe was on the front when i brought it, i could mount it the back and may do so

Hello people ive just installed a uprated intercooler in front of my rad and the kenlowe fan that was on the the front of rad sticks out to much Will i be able to mount fan on front of intercooler or will this effect engine cooling 300tdi discovery :confused:

yeah i did and a fair few on the web, most of them seem to be fancy showplate rubbish that are normal number plates, maybe i need to re word it or something. I seem to see plenty 4x4 with them....
