    Range Rover Parts.

There is a breaker in ramsgate Kent called classic lse, he does p38 and classics and I found him very helpful. He also trades on eBay I believe? He has loads of stuff at his place! I bought a new bonnet from him and couldn't fault him.

    Permanent feed to all injectors

Thanks for replys, only thing that's concerning me is if I connect a pressure gauge to rail and prime it it reads 2.5 bar. If I do this and clamp feed and return pipes to the rail the pressure drops to nothing very quickly? Where is the fuel going to loose the pressure? Hence me thinking...

    Permanent feed to all injectors

Been playing with a voltmeter today as my p38 is running rich and I suspected injector fault. All injectors have a permanent feed to them with ignition on so fuel is just flooding into the engine hence running at 9.5%! are there any known faults to cause this? Many thanks in advance.

My P38 went up in flames and luckily caught it in time!

Just got it running somewhere about right so taxed it yesterday and insured it. Thought I'd take it down the work shop and set the gas up as I thought it was running lean. Anyway got it on the ramp and the gas analyser on it when I heard a crackling sound. Looked under the bonnet to find it...

    P38 brake bleed

Just use the old fashion bottle method, piece of vacuum pipe on the nipple and other end in a bottle with the end sat in some fluid. Just simply pump the pedal till the air bubbles stop in the bottle then do nipple up. You'll be fine.

    Fuse 15 failed

Well disconnecting the plug would rule out the sub and amps or it would point blame at them? Put a meter on wires check for any resistance? Could show up a fault to either of them? I hate electrics too but it's not that hard really.

    Fuse 15 failed

Well on mine I put the gear selector into the middle of high and low boxes and removed fuse 15 and it locks it there?? That's how I towed mine to workshop when it wouldn't go?? But I could have been wrong it seems? Oopps.

    Fuse 15 failed

Could you disconnect sub wire from stereo to rule that out? Then if still blows disconnect lights one at a time and so on? Time consuming I know if it takes a while to blow. IMO I wouldn't stick a bigger fuse in really as it's not actually fixing it and could course more permanent damage to...

    Fuse 15 failed

If I'm correct fuse 15 also is the one you remove to lock the gearbox in N for towing? Assuming yours is auto that is? So something else to look at as cause?

Sorry for delay. I've used k-seal dozens of times on various different cars and never had any back yet!
