Disregard I figured it out. The shoes were not parallel at all.

Next self-inflicted issue. Right front brake was grabbing like crazy. Pulled the drum thinking maybe the shoes weren’t in parallel with the drum so I could adjust that setting. I confirmed the snail gears were set to their lowest points. Drum won’t go back on. Obviously something I did. Help...

There is. How does it work? Obviously I turned it, causing the problem and I tried to turn it back. So I’m guessing I’m either using it wrong or I may have have broken it.
