I took the relay out this weekend and it’s the rear left and right and the front right that are deflating. Front right stays up perfectly. Unsure on how old the bags are - they are continental bags if that helps? I’ve sprayed them in off-road and normal height and I can’t see any bubbles coming...

Hi there, I’ve returned the block this weekend. O-Rings sourced from 4x4airseals. Annoyingly I order the kit without the diaphragm but I have ordered this and it should be here tomorrow. Surely if that was the issue all 4 bags would deflate instead of just 3?

I have gone round all bags and sprayed with soapy water no leaks from there, it is definitely from the valve block as I can see bubbles from the soapy water

How much are you looking for your valve block. I would like to avoid drilling into it if possible but it seems like a definite way, if all swarf is removed, to stop any further leaks

Hi guys, I have my EAS working almost faultlessly apart from a leal @ the valve block around airline 2, rear right bag. It’s had new O-Rings, I’ve trimmed the line back to fresh plastic with now scrapes or ‘scars’ on it, collet is new and I’ve even tried silicone crease and still it’s leaking...

White connectors have been checked and they are tight with each other. How would you go about check loose connectors, I assume using something small enough to wiggle in there to see how tight they are?

No air coming out of valve block exhaust

Thermal switch is good, checked for continuity and there is. It’s a brand new pump so would hope it’s not been fried.

So brake switch changed out for a known working one and no difference. No faults logged either, all doors, boot and bonnet closed. Still no rising action from the beast

I thought it may be. Any idea where I could get a new genuine one from. Been looking and see them sat at around £250-£400. Is that about right?
