Hi guys,

I have my EAS working almost faultlessly apart from a leal @ the valve block around airline 2, rear right bag. It’s had new O-Rings, I’ve trimmed the line back to fresh plastic with now scrapes or ‘scars’ on it, collet is new and I’ve even tried silicone crease and still it’s leaking. Any ideas?

I heard that putting a pencil sharpener on the end of the line to cut an angle on the end of the pipe cd help bed in the connection. Worth a try if you have exhausted all other options

If you have trimmed the end of the pipe back, the raised collar on the pipe may be stopping it going all he way in. If that is the case, you are in the shyte. Those pipes should not be trimmed back, if that is the case, you will have to cut back past the collar and if the pipe is not long enough to reach, use a joining piece and a new piece of pipe.
