    So having replaced the Tc, I had a leak from the bell housing, so I removed the gearbox and fitted a new seall only to find it leaking again, Is it the TC shaft is worn or do I need a genuine seal.

    All out, seal can prised out with a hammer and screw driver, old school way. Not too sure about Tc shaft, looks a bit worn, still I've seen worse.

    Thanks for the info. It doesn't really explain the seal replacement although looking at the schematic looks like it pulls out and the new one tapped back in. Unless anyone knows different. Box comming out today so with know soon. Thanks Dave.
