What’s happened, they sold me 5lts for the price of 3 the gearbox takes just under 3lts , and I’m changing the rear wheel hub because the bearing is noisy , I noticed it’s lost some oil so just wanted to top it up , thank you doriz I’ll order a litre.

hi just after a bit of advice, we got a discovery td5 as a tow vehicle, we can’t hitch the caravan on unless the rear door is open, we’ve fitted a two inch spacer has anybody used them and would you say there safe. Cheers

hi guys I bought a td5 discovery last Friday ,today towing the caravan I was finding coming down from 5th to 4th it would jam ,I have to go to neutral and then try and select 4th ,can you change the gear selector or is it a total strip down . Cheers

looked at a td5 disco tonight ,you had to point the key to the interior light to turn of the immobiliser ,would you think the battery in the key would need changing. Cheers

I’m with Adrian flux at the moment 300tdi disco was 280 last year ,got a quote of them today for a 2002 td5 disco everything the same annual mileage 5000 the same value 1500 they quoted 480 .
