Don't replace the switches, they are a very good quality switch which is quite easy to take apart and clean

Check all the hoses first for leaks, even the one's on the turbo boost solenoid

Put my recon VCU on.....Back to 4WD :)

Reconditioned the VCU, done the one wheel up test.....28 seconds, No whine - Cheers for all your help :)

It has a drain on each corner (picture 3 and 4 post 2), so it don't matter what type of slope you're parked on it should never hold water

With the frame repaired (welded, rust killer and a lick of paint) it's just a case of putting everything back together I did put in a new seal around the top of the frame as the foam one had nearly fully rotted away Now I have a fully working watertight sunroof :)

It's quite loud but it's only there when engine braking, I've removed my VCU which had new bearings. I'm going to recon it within the next week or two so I'll let you all know how it all goes

Took it off this morning...Waiting for the postman now...
