Check the switches themselves by removing one from the console any will do that works okay and replace the rear door to see if it the toggle switch is the problem. I ve had to replace mine in the last six months due to the switches themselves being faulty.

Don't replace the switches, they are a very good quality switch which is quite easy to take apart and clean

hi thanks for the info guys
i do have a bit more info. in my desperation to get both windows up
i managed to push one up with my hands.
the other not so easy door card off speaker out
unbolt window off. then had to stop it from falling down by wedging
it up so its been like this for a few days now
so im gona have to get more peeps in back of the car
so they get used more when ive fixed em lol

Your best solution is find out whether the window regulators work. On the cubby box console do your switches work properly for the front up and down. As mentioned above the switches can be clean and tested via the console to test. I did this to isolate the problem ones. I had two busted inside so bought new ones. the regulator rust up on the cable causing it to stutter or seize. when lifting the window by hand you may have dislodge from the pincer grip that holds the bottom of the window,
