Low mileage factory 200tdi Defender for sale

Not 100% sure I wanna do this but I'm hankering for a classic Beetle again (yeah, yeah I know!) I have a 1992 (J) 200tdi Defender for sale. It's a factory 200tdi with a genuine 79k from new (all MOT'S to verify mileage). I have spent ££££'s on it. Mechanical (all work carried out in the last...

200tdi radiator, will the cheap one fit???

I think my 200tdi needs a new rad, I've noticed the water level has dropped a bit and the bottom of the rad is wet. I'm a bit confused, paddocks do a btp1823s that says fits all and is £95, but then there are two different other ones listed for pre and post JA Defenders that are an absolute...

Diesel pump leak, what's behind this plate?

This plate on the side of my diesel pump is where it's leaking diesel from. What is behind this plate? I have a full seal kit for the pump, if I remove the plate is the seal easy to replace?

Does this seal look right to you??

Just had a new Pinion seal delivered from Paddocks for my 110 Salisbury rear diff, OEM quality apparently But the seal looks wonky. Is this normal or should I send it back?

    What to look for?

I'm really considering getting an L322 Range Rover. I'll hopefully have around £10k to spend, i've seen a few on Ebay with reasonable mileages for this price. Is this a wise purchase? What should I look out for if I do take the plunge? Or is it a safer bet to sell my Defender and put...

    Lit heating controls

It really bugs me that on my 110 the heater controls aren't lit. I understand TD5 on ones are lit. Is it possible to fit the lighting bits from the TD5 controls to my ones to light them?

    200tdi Engine Mount change

I've done a search and can't find an answer. I'm getting some clutch judder on my 200tdi (genuine Defender), clutch is fairly new, no signs of clutch fluid loss and no signs of any oil from the flywheel area. So I'm gonna change the engine and gearbox mounts. Ordered some OEM ones, see if...

    Vinyl Wrap?

I might have the chance to get my Defender vinyl wrapped cheaply be my cousin. Has anyone had their Defender done? Pros/cons? My doors have some corrosion bubbles, I'll sand and treat them before applying the wrap, will this be good enough? Will the wrap help protect it from further corrosion?

    Defender Brake Biasing valve?

Does a Defender have a brake biasing valve? My Defender is a 1992 200tdi. I was doing some heavy braking on a local airfield the other day and found the rears lock up first, which doesn't seem right to me. Normally you find the biasing valve on the rear axle on transits, etc, but...
