Can anyone tell me why a LHD 300 TDI has handed rear springs when the RHD has identical part Nr rear springs. Next question is, are the police springs lower for speed or just stiffer for the crap they carried. I thought my RR was a bit low at the rear, but having just bought a RHD 1987 vogue...

Update,, just got an answer from Dave Ashcroft who will build me a box using the V8 valve block and governor with a HD T/convertor, fitted for a very reasonable price. So sometime in the spring, when I'm back in the UK I'll get it fitted.

Now that sounds like a good option. I just have to decide whether to do it myself If I can find a good 2nd hand box or get Ashcroft to build me one, Cheers.
