quick inspection weel bearing has collapsed so that explains most of it.

yeah i think whilst iv got wheels off ill grease up the bearings, also if i pump the pedal twic eit goes to normal so cant be any leakes as it wouldnt hold a hard pedal so i think looking at the colour a good clean and fluid flush should work.
