fair point, I have sorted it, you can get to them from underneath never knew that before, but do now, if only I had purchase the correct bolts I would be all sorted now. but no I bought the wrong ones, I am an idiot of the highest order

can anyone tell me how to get to the passger rear door bolts as they dont appear to be captive nuts?

hi just removed the rear hinge on the passager door on my 110 and expected to see a slot which held two nuts with small brackets, instead I have just got two holes? an idea how to get to the back of this in order to change the hinge over? thanks

Hi can anyone tell me where the I will find the plug to insert the wiring for the towbar on a XS Utility defender 2015? I am assuming it up on the right rear somewhere but buggered if I can find the plug thanks Ian

sorry should have said the box has just had a full MOD recon and just gone in, clutch is brand spanking new also, the clutch feels spot on, do you think that the synchros maybe be knackered on a newly recon'd box, surely that cannot be right?

I am having to double clutch into 1st and 2nd, could it just be the selector needs adjustment?, I have heard about it being possible to shim under the reverse spring to alter the position a little do you feel that may help?

Hi does anyone know if the LT77 always had synchros, I have a ex MOD gearbox, is there any change that it might not have synchros in it odd question I know, but all the same thanks badland

I know the sale of goods like the back of my hand, that's how I got it fixed in the first place, I am afraid tacr2man is right, after 12 months plus, I am stuffed I need to have it correctly fixed which I don't think I can do myself, or a separate second-hand box which cheapest price I have...

would you believe it, gearbox has gone again, I have had it looked at and the synchros are gone, leading me to think that the guy only did a bear minimum fix to get it away, and never changed them in the recon of the box, very very hacked off

it runs fine when in motion, problem just at idle, took it to our local landyman and does not think its fuel at all as fuel lines look good any suggestions

its a defender 200 110 station wagon the tank is at the rear under the rear floor, someone has cut a small inspection hole about 6 inches, so I can see the steel pick up fuel pipe out of the tank

I know the carb comment is wrong I was a bit drunk the night I posted and meant turbo, it has been pointed out loads

Discovered two problems with over heating one was a leak on a hose connection at the top of the engine and also core plug was passing, discovered that when it went altogether in home base car park both problems are fixed now, I'm onto the new problems with fuel now
