My shafts have a brass rubbing collar that fits into the recessed bit you can see on the right. I'm wondering if I have to use an ABS swivel and use ABS top pin and bearing now. Maybe this is a fault or maybe they're no longer made this way. Anyway, it was a Britpart Genuine part, so I'm miffed...

Okay, has some time today and did some measuring. Britpart ball seems ever so slightly shorter, but not enough. Hmm. Wait a cotton pickn' moment!!! Spot the difference... Help. What do I do? I have a RRC without abs, so FRC7065 appeared to be the correct one, but it ain't.

It seems to fit flusher the more I pull the top pin up. Would this have an effect? It only has 3 shims on at the mo until more parts arrive tomorrow.
