If the tub and bulkhead are level the bulkhead might need adjusting with washers. The opening from tub to bulkhead should be 34 3/4 top and bottom

Put a string line from back of tub just above the curve to the bulkhead just above. the curve this will show if the tub has dropped.if so shim up the tub and move bulkhead to suit

Can anybody point me in the right direction i am after the bracket and clamps for a defender 300td air box the one that bolts to the head.also could anybody give me the size of the glass of the alpine windows

mine did that . aplied some wd40 and moved the arms backward and forward a few times and not had a problem since.

hope it goes well. if it sorts the rattel out please let me know.richard
