Well got a top up and air con now works, Needed for this part of the world :) Problem i now have is when using the air con i get a leak on the right hand side of the blower unit, does anybody now why this is happening? my thoughts were maybe something to do with condensation over flow ...

If you put some thin wire in the groove where the steel sits all the way around the rubber over lap each end bit of washing up liquid get a mate to hold in place on the out side and you pull the wire from the inside should pop in no problem.

Update: Lots of replacement parts ordered from island 4x4, sediment cleaned out (lots of crap in there) striped down the inter cooler and all pipes, lots of gunk in the ali air chamber on the head, got to give it all a good cleaning and rebuild tomorrow, will pull the lift pump off as well, and...

Hi, which wire is the rev counter feed as mine don't work correctly it fluctuates and don't go above 2000 revs! so i need to trace the wire to locate the problem. Cheers Crofty

Update: Done the rockers they was very slightly out so not made much difference to the noise of the motor?? Oil to be sorted next.

Will be checking all these, starting 1,3,4,2. Whats the best way to check the oil pressure? Crofty.
