Hi, Is it possible to remove the heater matrix without removing the whole dash board, can I cut a chunk out of the side of the centre console or somthing. I'm not worried what it'll look like but I need to sort the leak out fast.... any help appreciated, cheers.

double check that the timings all OK.. it could be a tooth out.. thats all it takes

I had exactly the same thing that sounded like a leaky injector ... turned out to be the head gasket gone at the back of the block... no oil water mixing etc just gasses coming out under compression... when you say you've checked the head gasket how di you do that ?? cheers

:-) you were told to remove the wire from the fuel soleniod so that the car didnt fire up when you turned it over.. if id had you'd have had some fun on yer hands.

search on here .. people have made up new pipes before, looks quite easy.

yes, undo all the screws that hold on the handle's arm rest etc then ease off using 2 screwdrivers or you can get a special tool .

that'd have to be one hell of a head gasket failure to get enough water into the cylinder to cause hydraulic lock.

pulsing brake pedal is normally shot rear discs, if the front ones are warped then you feel it through the steering wheel

have a look at local auto locksmiths. I had mine go and they took all the wafers out of the lock and it's been fine since

the drain holes are at the front so if you park on an incline then the drip tray will fill up a bit if there's water getting by the seals.. but I think the OP already know this.
