Is the material part of the door panel removable?

yes, undo all the screws that hold on the handle's arm rest etc then ease off using 2 screwdrivers or you can get a special tool .

Do you mean the door panel or the fabic insert?

I've removed the fabric insert (grab the edge and pull) but the vinyl underneath isn't as tidy as the main body of the panel. I suppose it isn't meant to ne seen.

Yes I mean the fabric part of the panel......can it be put back in or replaced once revmoved?
