Disco 2 is generally about £230 for a recon, plus the old box.

That really depends on where it's leaky. Be a bit cautious if it's the steering box leaking (great big lump down the bottom of the engine bay). I can only talk about Disco 2's but it's just cost me about £600 to get one fitted. It probably isn't that though, so have a look!

It surprises me a little to be honest because at the moment my Disco has "Forceum ATZ 235/70 R16 S" tyres on. Will the extra 15mm really make all that difference?

Thanks for the advice. I don't know what a projector headlamp is to be honest. I do know that it sprays water on the headlights every now and again.
