    yes changing the injector seals and washers makes a diffrence if there bad . i had a disco 2 TD5 and all of a sudden it hard start the same way yours did , after checking the usual pump ,filters,lines . i did the seals and washers and you could see the washer was pited on the #1 injector and not...

    look for the later ones with less miles and if they have air ride you can always change to springs . thats what we did with our 2003 7 seater . it also came without ACE so less things to go wrong . and you really dont miss the air ride or ACE. because we had many discos with air and ACE fitted...

    are the tires the same size ? is there any spacers on the wheel or wheels ? have you looked for any bent raidus arms . i had a similar problem with the rear tires cutting on the inner treads and the complete rear alex was bent ( dont know how the previous owner did it ) so keep lookin at all...

    what bulbs are you using ? the best thing is to install a relay to the lights so the direct power isnt taken from the switch [/IMG]

    seat belt prob

    what i do is, hold them down (as they would be when bolted down upright and level) then gently and slowly work the belt in and out and they will come out . you have to let it in to realese the lock and then pull . also pull the belt straight up and not to the sides or any other way

    i had this same starting issue ,and it was a faulty injector washer on the #1 injector . 5 new seals and washers sorted it

    in the pic there are three screws on the underside and two at the outer end that faces the wheel . and the top just clips in the bumper

    i had an xyz switch that would cause reverse to be hard to select (had to play the leaver back and forth to get it to engage) and the slightest touch and gear would disengage. new xyz switch and worked great after.

    they may have changed the fluid but is it filled all the way ? auto box must be filled at working temp. with engine running

    there is more to change than just the engine mounts , fuel tank mounts, radiator support,and some exhaust mounts . not too much work but just so you know whats needed
