I have a A reg county 110 and every time I put the lights on dip the switch heats up and melts I am on my third switch already this winter.
can any body give me any sugestions on what I should do, to sort it.

what bulbs are you using ? the best thing is to install a relay to the lights so the direct power isnt taken from the switch

Did you change anything before the dip switch started to burn out?

Sounds as though the relay might be fooked and is giving a short to via the switch.

As Defcrazy said, rewire it through a change-over relay as though your headlamps were spots.

thanks for your help I dont know what size bulbs are in it but i will put a relay in and let you know how i get on. THANKS VERY MUCH
