Don't think this will help on your tank but for those with a small leak,take fibreglass resin and cover the hole and surrounding area!

Hey all, tried to search,but searcing from my phone, can't get results!I want to repair 2 dents in my front fender,have 2k paint mixed to spray with,what tips do you have prepping the fender and spraying it?thanks in advance!

The steering shake can be worn shocks as well,with my Series 2 it happend when I drove it around without shocks for a while,was thinking of fitting a steering stabilizer,but when I fitted the new shocks everything was normal again!

With two of my Landy I had the same problem,when you adjust the brakes,make sure the adjuster cant make a 360 without locking the brakes,the pin on which the adjustor rides get worn,then you must pump the brakes twice!

I know how the hubs work,just wondering if I can keep one locked and one unlocked while driving,since I have a driving flange on one,and a freewheel hub on the other one.

Hope you can help,my Landy got one freewheel hub and one flange on the axel,at the mo I keep the hub locked but the whine make me crazy,is it possibly to unlock the hub,to let it freewheel,I know some jap pick ups unlock only one wheel,thats what gave me the idea!I cannot get a replacemant hub...

What could have happened is that the gearbox was in 1st or 2nd,an engaged 3rd or 4th similtaneously,the detent springs is only there to keep the hub in neutral.

If I were you I would strip the box,seeing that you already have it out,the hub is on the front of the box,so you don't have to remove everything,its easy to replace with te hub out,then you can check for other damage aswell,your going to be sorry to remove the gearbox again in one months time!

They are synchro springs that keep 3rd and 4th gear in neutral,easy to replace but gearbox have to come out!
