I do believe there is a jionting kit available. Mine did exactly the same with S/Steel exhaust! the flange looked to be only mild steel hence it broke and melted the pipes. Garage fitted plastic jiont and sent the exhaust away to be repaired, now its all ok. Bazz.

My mechanic bought his a few Yrs back, 13k and now costs about 1k to keep in with Autologic. But it has paid its way. I think it may be cheaper now. Bazz.

I have 4 spd auto in Off roader and that at the begining had problems with blocked filter, 3 times. Ended up changing the oil cooler, the oil and the filter, the later 2 3 more times. Each time flushing the pipework and cooler just to be on the safe side. Has now run for 4yrs without a blocked...

Could be a blocked filter element, this will require the oil draining and the sump removing. fit a new filter, refit sump and top up with oil. Had the oil and filter changed on mine. The oil was grey and the magnet in the bottom was covered in bits of clutch. Now slips in 2nd and 3rd gears. New...

Did you fit the slave cylinder the right way up, with the bleed nipple to the top. I only mention this cos i did it. Bazz.

Running normal temp on gauge, this was part of the initial problem the sencor for the guage was'nt working untill it was too late. Had to buy another engine and get it preped to refit. This sucking air is the latest installment of a 3 month rebuild. Once its sorted i will not be buying LRr...

C/hd was tested hot and then skimmed, Bazz.

C/Hd has been pressure tested twice and skimmed once. All other ancillaries are new. Going to fit another w/pump and new hoses. Cant think of anythink else??:eek:

:( Havin problems with the water system on my p38. Engine has been rebuilt after co2 in water. All new parts fitted, wpump stat and cap. Top hose still gets very hard the vacuum guage was ok yesterday but today it just fails. Pump is pulling air in some were but not letting water out. Now...
