Hi chaps, Sorry if this has been covered but I can't seem to find the answer I'm after. I currently have a discovery 2 td5 2001, with cloth seats. I've just seen a few sites saying that RR P38 leather seats will fit? Is this correct? As they seem to be more readily available, Thanks!

highly likey that it's the towbar electrics, they aren't the most well looked after aspect of the vehicle.

That is a possibility, the tow electrics won't have been used in a very long time so rust is highly likely! But I'll take the bumper lights out and see if that stops anything as the noise is definitely from that area! Again, thanks for the advice lads!

Okay, update. The noise happens when I indicate or out the hazards on? Not a clue what it could be :( Only thing I've done today is change the number plate bulbs?

Wow, thank you for the response! I'll go and try the indicators now and see if it makes the noise! And theres nothing that i can think thats chaned with the tow bar electrics! Thanks guys, i'll report back in a moment!

Hi guys, Just locked my disco 2 2001 reg, and a high pitch squeeling noise is coming from the rear quarter of the car? When I lock and unlock it, And it seems to be in time with the flashing of the indicators on the rear bumper, any ideas?

New side lights, cleaned the chassis and added a storm seal to the rear door to stop leaks!

I suppose so, and it's already broken so no harm in having a go is there. Might have a noses tomorrow if the weather holds off! Cheers for the link!

Are they just LEDs on in the spots? If so they look good! Any pics with the full spot lights on?
