    The pad hadn't come out. It just dropped on to the hub... Yea I was quite lucky :)

    Well iv solved me problem! The rear left brake pad dropped from the caliper because some arse put the wrong pads in... The pad then scored the hub and finally snagged locking my wheel... New pads, hubs not too bad so kept that... Cheers for the help guys!!!

    Not if it was my brakes or wheel bearing... I don't think. It would have still trashed my new tyres...

    Haha bloody typical! :p well iv had an RAC guy turn up, look at the wheel and tell me what I told him 4 hours ago... 'it's ****ed' so he's got a flat bed on its way. The guy gave me a lift to a petrol station n after me dinner I'll take a walk back.

    Hi all. I'm in a bit of trouble. Driving along the a38 towards Bristol. Heard a rattle from rear axle so slowed down a bit. And then the rear left wheel locked and now I'm in a ditch. Can't pull the Landy out. RAC on it's way with an expected 5 hour wait....? Can anyone help or know what might...

    Hi all! Iv got me MOT in a few weeks and the only thing I think it'll fail on is the sloppy steering! Iv traced the play to the joint below. The rubbers split too so defiantly needs replacing. I can't find a part number anywhere and was hoping someone might have it or the name of the joint...

    I had the same problem with my TD5. Turned out it was a contact in the starter motor. No need to replace the entire motor. I managed to buy a contact on the net... But don't ask where from because I can't remember... Sorry. This is tho worn contact...

    Well I got meself some 235 85 16 cooper ATRs. Dunno if they're any good but got them on a deal and are a little thinner than my old ones. We shall find out when I go laning next weekend... :)

    Yes I know another tyre question but I have search with no result. I need to replace all 5 tyres as theyre all shagged. Question is do I go for fat or thin tyres? What's best in the mud n snow? I'm guessing thin as it cuts through it. But If so y do people have gurt big uns? Cheers!

    Insurance renewal £1800 up from £400 last year!!!

    I gave them all a call the other day an explained my situation and they said they couldn't insure me due to my age... My parents don't have any policies with them though...
