I have the one on the servo but not on the chassis. It should be stamped on. One guy who wants to buy it wants to export it. I have a 1986 C Reg 90 and I cant find the chassis number on the chassis. I have looked between the steering box bolts and it is not there. Am I looking in the right place? It is so old I guess it could have a different chassis. Can you tell me exactly where to look for it if it is a 90 chassis...

200tdi Defender… once a 2.5td… Couldn't resist it... did all 3 recommended injector pump mods to get more power... cleaned out intercooler and test drove. Big difference. 90 degree turn on all components. Next job is to try to source a bigger intercooler and fit without buying one for £400!!!!

Any idea of how to tighten up the rear top shock mounts on a Freelander. One side is moving and when you wobble it by hand it is clearly loose. Thoughts? How do you access it? Also... how do you check gearbox oil level?

Esay fix... hole in hose from intercooler to EGR valve. Job done, no smoke, runs well... or as well as a td4 does!
