    ive got one , yes you need to use clutch, ive used mine at 35mph on level ground so its not straining,cracking kit, i got a cheap rev counter from ebay and in forth gear it dropped 400 revs

    cheers mate , its looks like my only option is get drilled for 9.5 why are you making your flywheel thinner? RRC fw is right thickness, SD1 is thinner and needs clutch cover like this one with extra bush in centre to reach release bearing,this ones going back for refund...

    your pump might be be knackered,i went to electric is the float set up properly? i used 6.5 and 13 mm drill bits to guage ,if i remember right

    hiya mate ,inline filter not full is normal, the new weber if set up properly should be prettygood ,mine was 2 years ago have you taken petrol pipe of carb and turn motor over to see flow rate? is the ignition system pucker? any pics of your motor /engine bay? oh ,welcome.................

    plastic float!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! right then...........got a new weber 34ich over 18 months ago ,really happy with it until a few months ago ,started playing up ,conking out ,no hot start,no cold start ect.... the float is full of sponge,thats right ,whats really good at soaking up...
