cheers mate , its looks like my only option is get drilled for 9.5 why are you making your flywheel thinner? RRC fw is right thickness, SD1 is thinner and needs clutch cover like this one with extra bush in centre to reach release bearing,this ones going back for refund...

your pump might be be knackered,i went to electric is the float set up properly? i used 6.5 and 13 mm drill bits to guage ,if i remember right

hiya mate ,inline filter not full is normal, the new weber if set up properly should be prettygood ,mine was 2 years ago have you taken petrol pipe of carb and turn motor over to see flow rate? is the ignition system pucker? any pics of your motor /engine bay? oh ,welcome.................

right then,for now ,im just gonna bolt a v8 to the series box got a phillips milner adaptor ring, i think ive found a spigot bush on ebay anyone know of a bolt on clutch ,so i dont have to drill flywheel,did read somewhere sd1 FW takes a s2a diesel pressure plate.......... be gratefull for...

plastic float!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! right then...........got a new weber 34ich over 18 months ago ,really happy with it until a few months ago ,started playing up ,conking out ,no hot start,no cold start ect.... the float is full of sponge,thats right ,whats really good at soaking up...

has the weber got a black plastic float mate?

maybe so, but ill never need 4wd,its something else to pee oil everywhere[like it is now] i may still come to my sense and keep trannys as is yet anyone got a good v8 + bits near kent ?

cheers lads ,it looking at the mo, no 5 speed as im not sure how to do the hand brake so looking for a conversion ring,spigot bush ect..... to use 2a box oh! and the small matter of still looking for an engine

this has been on my wish list for a while now , couple of things tho if anyone can help im going rear wheel drive 5 speed, with no front prop, how do u lube the swivel top bearing? also ,lack of levers on rear backplate for handbrake, salsbury? cheers steve
