When i manage to get the connections off should i be able to reuse them? Im struggling to see (In me head) How it would attatch to the pipes sticking out the top of the pump because the pipes sticking out the pump are litrally staight bits with no connection?

Hey guys! Im going to be replacing the in tank fuel pump on the P38 4.0 Im going to be using the 'hatch through the boot' method which iv been reading up alot about and looks great However all the info seems to be for the DSE models, is the pump in the same place for mine? Cheers dudes

I had the same problem with mine mate a while ago and it turned out to be one of the O2 sensors I replaced both at the time and sorted it ;) Scott

This is real confusing :confused: Some where on here says the Vogue is the entry level??? Plus iv seen a HSE Vogue..... or have i dreamed this somewhere? So what are the correct models of RR in order, from entry level to top dog? :(

Just an update on the steering wheel play! The steering shaft UJ's are fine. Drop arm ball joint has no grease nipple, but has no play what so ever. All the rest of the ball joints have no play in them and all look as they should. No leaks from steering box. Jamesmartin, you are right about...

No mate, no leaks up to now touch wood! Iv had a quick look at the steering shaft but not as easy to reach as the defender was lol:o

Dudes :cool: When the engine is off there is at least a cople of inch of play in the steering wheel When driving the steering is a little vague too? Why would there be play when engine is not running and how would you diagnos the prOblem I have please? Scott

As long as you chose a good example matey il be fine. As far as maintaining goes Youl need to check the fluids more regular than "every other month" lol, otherwise things will go down hill rather quickly :D Scott
