The square adjuster nut is 7/16"AF an the cable adjuster is 19mm, get a 19mm combination spanner an cut it in half, then cut a slot out of the ring spanner end to fit over the inner cable an it'll make life a lot easier.

Their sposed to be different sizes all round there's a site somewhere that tells you the measurements.
