Def 200tdi throttle cable length :(

Guys, could any of you with a Def 200tdi engine care to confirm my sanity

Ordered a new Def 200tdi throttle cable as a spare. It's arrived but measures ~55" along the sleeved length, whereas my existing cable measures ~36" along the sleeved length [the black cable sleeving] It's overall length is ~46" clevis to clevis.

I'm guessing the 55" is for LHD Defender 200tdi's.

Could one of you confirm my sanity/insanity levels by measuring the sleeved length of your cable...

Hope you are still out there, some 4.5 years later.
I could really do with a 55" throttle cable for my RRC.
I've converted a Euro-spec vehicle with the 2.5VM engine to RHD.
I can't help with the question you posed, but wonder if you could let me know the part number for the looong cable you received?
I would buy it off you, if you still have it and it's surplus to requirements.
