code p1470 no info

got loads of details and checked lots of bits with a launch crp123 reader.came up with code as i left it plugged in and was out for a run in the car.it did say it didnt have info on fault code so if any body knows what it is please let me know

Check the boost pressure. It could be the turbo vanes aren't free and sticking, giving an over boost situation.

Try moving the actuator rod through its full travel, to see if it's free and not sticking.

will be trying that first thing tomorrow.bizarre that it goes like stuff off a shovel at times and will rev to 4000 no problem
