Going to top up the front diff today, whilst I have a free day.... there's a leak from the inspection plate on the transfer box, so will have to order a new gasket, and give it a bit of a clean off...
Need to take a look at the Disco, as the lack of power is giving me the right hump. Over 2k revs, and its fine, under that its a dog. Hooked u the Nanocom for a motorway run yesterday, and the boost only peaks around 1.14. Is that way too low , as Ive seen numbers around 1.3 quoted on here...

I think it’s freshened the front end up nicely. Now considering colour coding the corners of the bumper....

looks really nice , are they the xenon lights as I may replace mine at some stage
also done the front grill, got a front bumper to change later , did debadge it as well
are u in springs or air please as it’s a 54/

Still on air and goes up and down everyday no problem. All looks original too, by the state of it. Not bad for 210k miles.
no the lights are halogen I’m afraid. I’d like so Xenons too. I believe that they’re plug and play?

That’s Brilliant condition for that mileage
yep same here, currently got halogens, , , have read u really needs diagnostic for headlights

Same here , just bought a sliding boot floor for the disco , got to wait for lockdown to lift
Also see ur only around 60 x miles away from me , if u ever get stuck ref diagnostics or need a hand please always feel free to give me a shout
always helped others FOC, so don’t hesitate to give me a shout
have u fitted a D4 steering wheel yet , these have been the nods I’ve done
just know what it’s like to struggle

Threw a bucket of soapy water at it.
Replace timing belt and tensioner plus front cover oil seal, straightforward job except for the broken
Bolts on water pump and one of the four holding the front crankshaft pulley in place,
Now the weather has warmed up will get on with the under seal, messy but necessary job,

Finished my latest upgrade to the headlights. The straight row of LED’s at the top is also an animated indicator strip too.
