does anyone know if the sideways bench seats have the same fixture holes as the flip seats? My flip seats are gradually falling apart and I think bench seats might be a better idea. Any thoughts?

The bench seats fix with 2 bolts IIRC slightly further back (as you face the seat) than the fixings for an individual seat (4 bolts?).
They are definitely different as I went the other way and fitted singles. I just filled the old holes with rubber grommets but the back of mine is bare metal so I did not have issues with sound proofing or carpet.
