Do you know a fix for a faulty rear heated window on a Freelander 2?

It would be great to see if anyone has a suggestion as how we can have a fix for our Freelander 2. For some reason, the rear screen heating won't come on, and desist the rear window. We have checked the fuses and they are all 100%. Everything else on the car works fine, and just need to sort out this problem. Replies on this forum would be much appreciated. Thanks, Wendy & Faz.
